What is the best hook setup for a 10" Culprit Worm...
Q: Rick:
What is the best way to set the hook up in a 10" Culprit Worm, and what kind of hook and weight should I use?

A: Dustin:
I like an offset 5/0 hook and Texas rig it. If you can find one with a z-type bed those are the best because the worm will not slide down as easily. Owner makes one called Z-neck that is pretty good. The weight depends on the depth of water and cover. To penetrate heavy cover or to fish deeper water, use heavier weight. I rarely go lighter than a 5/16oz on this big worm, even in shallow water. I really like a 1/2oz for depths of 5 to 10ft and I go 3/4oz for 10-20ft.
